Ministar is the new reel-to-reel flexographic printer for narrow plastic films. The machine is available in two versions with either two or four colours, either 300 mm or 400 mm width. It can both be designed with central drum or with independent colour groups for printing on one or two sides.
The machine main features are:
- max. mechanical speed: 120 m/min;
- printing repeat: 200 – 500 mm;
- inking by closed-chamber doctor blade and engraved ceramic roller or by cylinder and steel anilox rollers;
- unwinder complete with film tension control;
- printed film drying system with solvents fumes suction;
- automatic insertion of colour groups;
- main motorising with drive;
- rewinder with independent motor and tension control system;
- electric board with programmable meter-counter;
- ‘custom made’ solutions upon request
