We design and build extrusion and co-extrusion lines dedicated to the production of blown films (LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE among others) for most different items: film for T-shirt bags, freezer bags, rubbish bags, agricultural films, film for automatic packing machines, shrink film for pallets and more.
Our single and multy-layer blown film extrusion lines are available in different sizes and specific capacities for transforming all types of polyolefins:
- Tubular or sheet
- Screw diameters from 35 mm to 120 mm
- Throughput up to 600 Kg/hour
- Film width from 50 to 5000 mm.
Extrusion lines can be provided in standard standalone configurations as well as in integrated high-tech output lines for converting raw material into finished product.
Inner Bubble Cooling systems (IBC), alternated current motors with inverter, gravimetric dosed feeding, oscillating take off unit with web guiding and automatic rewinders, drives for handling and supervising the whole line... all these and many other features let us be on the edge always one step ahead of our competitors.
